The deal, in plain words.

This is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and must be before it goes live. The Companies House registration number is not yet recorded and must be added.

The agreement

These terms are between you and FSITES LTD (company number: to be added; VAT GB 427 6738 65), of 105 Seven Sisters Rd, Finsbury Park, London N7 7QP. They cover FastSuite and, because it's the same account, FastDrive. By creating an account you agree to them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Your account

One account works across FastSuite, FastDrive, FastSites and GetInbox. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your content

It's yours. You keep every right to what you make and upload. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, show it to people you share it with, and convert it to the formats you export. We never use your content for advertising or to train anything.

You promise you have the right to store what you store, and that it doesn't break the law or the acceptable-use section below.

Plans and payment

• Free includes all three editors and 2 GB of storage, for as long as you like, with no card.
• Paid plans add storage and features and are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or Paddle, depending on where you are. Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies.
• If you go over your plan's storage, your drive becomes read-only until you make room or upgrade. You keep sixty days to do so before we begin removing files, and we warn you every week in between. We never delete anything the moment you go over.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store or share anything illegal, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, or to attack the service or other people's use of it. Share links may be rate-limited to protect the people you share with. We may remove content that breaks this section, and we'll tell you if we do unless the law prevents it.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Everything under it is purged as described in our privacy policy. We can close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we'll give you notice and time to export.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, that we did not cause, or that comes from you breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Keep exports of anything you cannot afford to lose; a free service is not a backup service.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least thirty days before it takes effect.
