The family

Four products. One account. One bill, if you ever need one.

FastSuite is the tools. FastDrive is where the files live. FastSites is where they go public. GetInbox is how they get sent. Each is useful alone; together they replace a stack of subscriptions.

A morning, end to end

What "it all connects" actually means.

09:10

Write the proposal

In FastWrite, from the proposal template. It's saved in FastDrive before you've finished the first paragraph.

09:40

Cost it

Open the budget template in FastSheet. The totals are formulas, so the numbers are right when you change them.

10:15

Send it

From GetInbox, attach both from your drive. Or send a link instead, so they read it in the browser and comment.

10:30

Put it on your site

Turn the proposal into a page on your FastSites site, so the next client finds it before they ask.

Where the joins are

Some of this works today. Some of it is where we're going.

Marked honestly, because a page that pretends everything is finished is a page nobody trusts.

Attach from your drive

Live

In GetInbox, attach a document, spreadsheet or deck straight from FastDrive. It arrives as a real Word, Excel or PowerPoint file.

Why it matters: nobody has to export, download and re-upload to send a file they just wrote.

Send a link, not a file

Live

A share link opens a document, sheet or deck in the browser. If you allow it, the reader can comment — without an account.

Why it matters: the version they see is always the version you have, and their feedback lands where you'll act on it.

Publish to your site

Next

Turn a FastWrite document into a page on your FastSites site, or a FastSlides deck into a presentation people can flick through. One click, kept in sync.

Why it matters: a proposal, a price list or a case study is written once and lives twice — in your drive and on your website.

Earn storage by inviting

Next

Invite someone; when they sign up, you both get 500 MB more. Up to 5 GB extra on the free plan.

Why it matters: the people most likely to want FastSuite are the ones already being sent files by someone who uses it.

The starter kit

Next

Sign up as a business and get a matched set: letterhead, invoice, pitch deck and a one-page website, all in your colours, all in your drive.

Why it matters: the first ten minutes with a new tool decide whether there's an eleventh. This makes them count.

One bill for everything

Idea

Storage, a website plan and email in one subscription rather than three. The same account already; the same invoice would follow.

Why it matters: a small business with four logins and four invoices for one supplier is a small business looking for a reason to leave.
